Has the Coweta area been a good fit for your business?

Being able to live and work in the same county and having such an impact on the long term beauty of our community is a real blessing. I love the ability to watch and experience the landscaping our team creates grow year after year. I love Coweta county and it is great to see how we continue to grow responsibly while keeping our southern charm and historical districts preserved.

Do you have a personal business philosophy?

A few years ago, my executive team at Estes Landscape adopted an acronym to describe our business core values and philosophy.

We call it COWTIP:

C - communication O - ownership thinking W - work life balance T - teamwork I - individual & company growth P - professionalism

What's some of the best advice you've ever received?

My mother always told me "Can't Never Could." I have made this saying my mantra for life. Not a day goes by now, that I don't remember these words and praise God for another day to live, work, and play here in Newnan.
