Winstead named assistant VP at CharterBank

Newnan resident Josh Winstead has been promoted to assistant vice president of CharterBank.

Winstead had served as the bank’s marketing research analyst.

Winstead is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. He currently serves as a commissioner on the Newnan Youth Activities Commission and has been a mentor in the Coweta County School System since 2005.

Winstead and his wife, Carly, have three children, Annie Glenn, Davis and Mary Margaret.

Winstead was among several employees recently promoted at CharterBank.

“Those promoted consistently provide a high level of service, whether serving internal or external customers,” said CharterBank President Lee Washam. “They have been, and will continue to be, instrumental in our day-to-day banking operation. They are among our best and brightest."
