The following Coweta County residents were arrested by the Peachtree City Police Department:

* John Vargas-Hernandez, 36, of Prescott Court in Newnan, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with driving while under the influence and failure to maintain lane.

* Richard T. Shuler, of Fifth Street in Newnan, was arrested on Sept. 9 for an outstanding warrant for violation of probation (Peachtree City).

* Mandi Floyd, of Stone Court in Newnan, was arrested on Sept. 9 for an outstanding warrant for violation of probation (Carroll County).
